A Spiritual Person Who Loves God
고린도전서 2:1-16
1 Corinthians 2:1–16
우리는 하나님과 친밀하게 동행하다가도 어느 순간 사람의 말, 내 생각, 내 감정에 더 기대어 살 때가 있습니다.
Even as we walk closely with God, there are moments when we lean more on people’s words, our own thoughts, and our emotions.
그래서 믿음이 흔들리면 마음이 지치고, 관계가 어려우면 영혼이 메말라집니다.
So when our faith wavers, our hearts grow weary, and when relationships become difficult, our souls feel dry.
그렇다면 우리는 지금, 바울이 말하는 “하나님을 사랑하는 신령한 사람”입니까?
Then are we, right now, the “spiritual people who love God” that Paul speaks of?
바울은 9절에서 우리를 “하나님을 사랑하는 자”로 불러 주고, 12절에서는 우리가 이미 “하나님께로부터 온 영”을 받은 사람이라고 말합니다.
In verse 9, Paul calls us “those who love God,” and in verse 12 he says we have already received “the Spirit who is from God.”
그러므로 우리는 이 말씀을 듣는 구경꾼이 아니라, 그 말씀대로 살아야 할 사람들입니다.
So we are not spectators of this Word, but people who must live it out.
그렇다면 우리는 무엇을 붙들고 무엇을 분별하며 어떤 마음으로 오늘을 살아가야 합니까?
Then what should we hold on to, what should we discern, and with what heart should we live today?
1. 우리는 사람의 지혜를 내려놓고 십자가만 붙들고 살아갑니다 (1–5)
1. We Live by Laying Down Human Wisdom and Holding Only to the Cross
바울은 1절에서 “내가 너희에게 갈 때에 말과 지혜의 아름다운 것으로 가지 아니하였다”라고 말합니다.
In verse 1, Paul says, “When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom.”
고린도는 부유한 항구 도시로서 사람과 돈과 문화가 몰려들고, 철학자와 웅변가들이 많던 곳이었습니다.
Corinth was a wealthy port city where people, money, and culture gathered, and where many philosophers and public speakers were found.
말을 잘하고 표현이 화려하면 사람들의 박수를 받으며 영향력을 얻게 되었습니다.
If you spoke well and your words were polished, you received applause and gained influence.
바울은 그 분위기를 잘 아는 교육받은 사람으로서 율법에 능했고 논리에도 익숙했습니다.
Paul was well aware of that atmosphere as a well-educated man, skilled in the Law and trained in reasoning.
원하면 누구보다 설득력 있게 말할 수도 있었습니다.
If he wanted, he could speak more persuasively than most.
그런데 바울은 고린도에서 사람들에게 잘 보이기 위한 화려한 길을 따르지 않으려고 힘썼습니다.
Yet in Corinth, Paul strove not to follow the impressive path meant to please people.
왜냐하면 그는 사람을 감동시키는 말은 만들 수 있어도 사람을 살리는 말은 만들 수 없다는 것을 잘 알고 있었기 때문입니다.
Because he knew that he could craft words that move people, but only God can speak words that give life.
사도행전 18장은 바울이 고린도에 처음 도착했을 때를 보여 줍니다.
Acts 18 shows us Paul’s first arrival in Corinth.
바울은 복음이 방해받지 않도록 스스로 생활비를 벌며 천막을 만들었습니다.
Paul made tents and supported himself so that the gospel would not be hindered.
그렇게 손에 굳은살이 박히도록 일하면서도, 안식일마다 회당에서 복음을 전했습니다.
Even as he labored until calluses formed on his hands, he preached the gospel in the synagogue every Sabbath.
바울에게 복음은 ‘말로만’ 아는 지식이 아니라 ‘살아내는’ 길이었습니다.
For Paul, the gospel was not knowledge he merely spoke, but a way he actually lived.
그런 자리에서 그는 2절에서 “나는 예수 그리스도와 그가 십자가에 못 박히신 것 외에는 아무 것도 알지 않기로 작정하였다”라고 고백합니다.
From that place, he confesses in verse 2, “I resolved to know nothing except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.”
이 말은 설교 주제를 좁히겠다는 뜻이 아니라, 삶의 방식과 교회를 세워 가는 길까지도 십자가를 본으로 삼겠다는 결단입니다.
This does not mean he was narrowing his sermon topic, but choosing the cross as the pattern for his life and even for building the church.
사람의 지혜로 밀어붙이기보다 십자가의 은혜가 그의 방향이 되고 능력이 되기를 원했던 것입니다.
Rather than pushing forward by human wisdom, he wanted the grace of the cross to become his direction and strength.
바울은 율법을 지키는 열심으로 자기 의를 쌓았고, 그 의로 하나님 앞에 설 수 있다고 믿었습니다.
Paul built his confidence on strict devotion to the law, believing his record could make him right before God.
그는 “나는 흠이 없다”는 확신으로, 교회를 박해하는 일까지 의롭게 여기며 달려갔습니다.
He was so sure of his “blameless” standing that he even persecuted the church, convinced he was doing what was right.
그가 종교적 성취와 사람들의 인정을 붙들수록, 마음은 더 완고해지고 다른 사람을 판단하기 쉬워진다는 것을 깨달은 것입니다.
He realized that the more he clung to religious achievement and human approval, the harder his heart became and the more easily he judged others.
그래서 그는 더 이상 사람의 인정으로 서지 않고 오직 십자가의 은혜로 살겠다고 결심했습니다.
So he decided no longer to stand on human approval, but to live only by the grace of the cross.
바울에게 십자가는 설교 주제가 아니라 숨 쉬는 방식이었습니다.
For Paul, the cross was not merely a sermon topic, but the way he breathed.
다메섹으로 가던 길에서 그는 그리스도인들을 박해하려 했지만, 그 일이 곧 주님을 박해하는 일임을 깨달았습니다.
On the road to Damascus, he set out to persecute Christians, but he realized that he was actually persecuting the Lord Himself.
그때 부활하신 주님을 만나 그의 옛 길은 꺾였고, 은혜의 새 길이 열렸습니다.
There he met the risen Lord; his old path was brought to an end, and a new path of grace was opened.
그는 먼저 용서받았고 먼저 일으켜졌으며 먼저 주님의 품에 안겼습니다.
He was first forgiven, first raised up, and first embraced by the Lord.
그 은혜가 그의 힘이 되었고 그의 방향이 되었습니다.
That grace became his strength and his direction.
그래서 복음을 전하는 일도 억지로 만들어 낸 일이 아니라 삶에서 자연스럽게 흘러나온 열매가 되었습니다.
So sharing the gospel became not something forced, but fruit flowing naturally from his life.
바울은 3절에서 “내가 약하고 두려워하고 심히 떨었다”라고 고백하는데, 이것은 결코 미화된 표현이 아닙니다.
In verse 3, Paul confesses, “I came in weakness and fear and trembling,” and this is not a beautified expression.
그러나 그 떨림은 실패가 아니라, 주님을 사랑하기에 혹시라도 주님의 영광을 가리거나 십자가보다 앞설까 조심하는 사랑의 떨림이었습니다.
But that trembling was not failure; it was the trembling of love—careful not to obscure the Lord’s glory or let anything come before the cross.
그래서 바울은 자신을 드러내기보다 성령께서 친히 역사하시도록 자신을 낮추려 했습니다.
So Paul sought to humble himself, choosing not to display himself but to make room for the Spirit to work.
그런 마음으로 바울은 4절에서 “내 말과 내 전도함이 설득력 있는 지혜의 말로 하지 아니하고 다만 성령의 나타나심과 능력으로 하여”라고 말합니다.
With that heart, Paul says in verse 4, “My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power.”
여기서 말하는 ‘능력’은 신비한 현상이 아니라, 성령께서 말씀을 가르치시고 깨닫게 하시며 마음을 여시고 회개와 믿음을 일으키시는 역사입니다.
This “power” is not mystical phenomena, but the Spirit’s work of teaching the Word, opening hearts, and bringing repentance and faith.
바울은 복음의 주인이 자신이 아니며, 사람을 변화시키시는 분은 인격자이신 성령님이심을 알았습니다.
Paul knew he was not the owner of the gospel, and that the One who transforms people is the personal Holy Spirit.
그래서 그는 자기 말과 힘으로 사람을 붙잡거나 끌고 가려 하지 않고, 성령께서 직접 듣는 자에게 역사하시도록 자리를 비워 드렸습니다.
So he did not try to hold or drive people by his own words and strength, but made room for the Spirit to work directly in the hearer.
이것은 책임 회피가 아니라, 하나님을 신뢰하는 믿음의 선택이었습니다.
This was not avoiding responsibility, but a choice of faith that trusts God.
그리고 이것은 전도만의 문제가 아니라, 복음으로 살아가는 삶의 방식입니다.
And this is not only about evangelism, but a way of living by the gospel.
우리도 인생에서 자녀와 가정, 미래와 형편, 건강과 관계를 두 손에 움켜쥐고 살 때가 많습니다.
We too often live with our hands tightly gripping our children and family, our future and finances, our health and relationships.
그래서 마음이 무겁고 지치기 쉽습니다.
So our hearts become heavy and easily tired.
바울이 말하는 내려놓음은 포기가 아니라, 주도권을 주님께 돌려드리는 신뢰입니다.
Paul’s “letting go” is not giving up, but trust that returns the lead to the Lord.
5절에서 바울은 성도들의 믿음이 사람의 지혜가 아니라 하나님의 능력 위에 서게 하려는 목적을 분명히 밝힙니다.
In verse 5, Paul clearly states his purpose: that their faith would rest not on human wisdom, but on God’s power.
“너희 믿음이 사람의 지혜에 있지 아니하고 다만 하나님의 능력에 있게 하려 하여.”
“So that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.”
바울이 두려워한 것은 약함이 아니라, 약함 속에서도 주님을 의지하지 않고 자기 힘을 붙드는 불신앙이었습니다.
What Paul feared was not weakness, but unbelief that clings to self-reliance even in weakness.
그래서 어떤 분들은 “예전엔 열심히 했는데 이제는 너무 지쳤어요”라고 말합니다.
That is why some people say, “I used to be passionate, but now I’m exhausted.”
십자가는 우리에게 “이제 쉬어도 된다, 이제 내가 안겠다”라고 말하며 우리를 회복의 자리로 부르십니다.
The cross says, “You may rest now—I will hold you,” calling us to a place of restoration.
그러므로 우리는 강해서 사는 사람이 아니라, 은혜에 붙들려 사는 사람입니다.
So we do not live by being strong, but by being held by grace.
그러므로 오늘도 우리는 사람의 지혜를 내려놓고 십자가만 붙들고 살아갑니다.
Therefore, even today, we lay down human wisdom and live by holding only to the cross.
그 복음의 삶 속에서 복음은 자연스럽게 흘러갑니다.
And from that gospel-shaped life, the gospel naturally flows.
이것이 하나님을 사랑하는 신령한 사람의 삶입니다.
This is the life of a spiritual person who loves God.
2. 우리는 성령의 가르치심을 따라 하나님께서 은혜로 주신 것을 분별하며 살아갑니다 (6–13)
We Live by Discerning What God Has Freely Given Us through the Spirit’s Teaching
성령님은 하나님의 깊은 마음을 우리로 하여금 이해하게 하십니다.
The Holy Spirit enables us to understand the deep heart of God.
바울은 10절에서 “성령은 모든 것, 곧 하나님의 깊은 것까지도 통달하신다”고 말합니다.
In verse 10, Paul says, “The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.”
하나님께서 가장 깊이 드러내신 마음이 바로 십자가에서 나타난 사랑이기 때문입니다.
This is because God revealed His deepest heart most clearly through the love of the cross.
하나님은 멀리 계신 분이 아니라 마음을 열어 보여 주시는 분이시며, 그 마음의 중심에는 십자가가 있습니다.
God is not distant; He opens His heart to us, and at the center of that heart is the cross.
하나님은 힘으로 다스리지 않으시고 희생으로 다스리시며, 예수님은 권력으로 굴복시키지 않으시고 자기 생명을 내어주심으로 우리를 살리셨습니다.
God does not rule by force but by sacrifice; Jesus did not subdue with power but gave His life to give us life.
이것이 하나님의 통치 방식입니다—섬김으로 다스리고 사랑으로 이끄시는 방식입니다.
This is God’s way of ruling—He reigns by serving and leads by love.
그러나 세상의 지혜는 이 방식을 이해하지 못합니다.
But worldly wisdom cannot understand this way.
세상은 강한 자가 이기는 것이 옳다고 배웁니다.
The world teaches that the strong should win.
높은 자가 낮은 자를 지배하는 것이 당연하다고 여깁니다.
It assumes the powerful have the right to rule the weak.
그래서 자기 유익을 위해 다른 사람을 이용하려 합니다.
So people try to use others for their own benefit.
이런 세력들이 예수님을 십자가에 못 박았습니다.
These are the forces that crucified Jesus.
8절에서 바울은 “그들이 알았더라면 영광의 주를 십자가에 못 박지 않았을 것”이라고 말합니다.
In verse 8, Paul says, “If they had known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.”
그들은 예수님의 길이 자기들의 권력과 충돌한다는 것을 느꼈기에, 그분을 제거하려 했습니다.
They sensed that Jesus’ way challenged their power, so they tried to remove Him.
그러나 하나님은 그 십자가를 구원의 길로 바꾸셨습니다.
But God turned that cross into the way of salvation.
십자가가 승리인 이유는, 가장 강하신 분이 사랑을 이루기 위해 힘으로 밀어붙이지 않고 끝까지 참으셨기 때문입니다.
The cross is victory because the Strongest One chose to endure to the end, not to push by force, in order to accomplish love.
우리는 이 마음을 부모가 못난 자식을 대할 때 조금 이해할 수 있습니다.
We can understand a glimpse of this heart through the way parents treat a struggling child.
부모는 마음먹으면 한마디로 눌러버릴 수도 있고, 문을 닫아버릴 수도 있습니다.
A parent could shut it down with one harsh sentence, or simply close the door.
그러나 사랑하기에, 그 아이가 변하기를 기대하며 시간을 내어 주고 기다려 줍니다.
But because they love, they give time and wait, still hoping for the child’s change.
잘못을 그냥 덮어 주는 것이 아니라, 관계를 살려서 다시 일어나게 하려는 기다림입니다.
It is not a denial of wrong, but a patience that keeps the relationship alive so the child can rise again.
우리도 하나님 앞에서 여전히 부족한 자녀이지만, 주님은 우리를 포기하지 않고 기다리십니다.
We too are still imperfect children before God, yet He does not give up on us.
그처럼 하나님은 우리를 짓누르는 힘으로 다스리지 않으시고, 십자가의 희생으로 품으시며 기다리셨습니다.
In the same way, God does not rule by crushing power, but by the sacrifice of the cross—embracing us and waiting for us.
그래서 그리스도인의 능력은 남을 이기는 폭력이 아니라, 더 큰 힘을 가졌어도 상대를 살리기 위해 오래 참고 기다려 주는 힘입니다.
So Christian power is not violence that wins over others, but strength that, though greater, chooses to endure and wait in order to give life.
성령님은 이 비밀을 우리에게 깨닫게 하십니다.
The Spirit helps us understand this mystery.
11절에서 바울은 하나님의 마음은 하나님의 영만이 안다고 말합니다.
In verse 11, Paul says only God’s Spirit knows God’s heart.
우리는 성령을 통해 하나님의 생각을 배우는 사람들입니다.
We learn God’s thoughts through the Spirit.
그래서 신앙은 외우는 것이 아니라 닮아가는 것입니다.
That is why faith is not memorizing, but becoming like Him.
하나님의 마음을 알수록 우리의 삶도 바뀝니다.
The more we know God’s heart, the more our lives change.
12절에서 바울은 우리가 세상의 영이 아니라 하나님께로부터 온 영을 받았다고 말합니다.
In verse 12, Paul says we received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit from God.
왜냐하면 하나님이 은혜로 주신 것들을 알게 하시기 위함입니다.
So that we may understand what God has graciously given us.
그리고 13절에서 바울은 그 은혜를 전하고 배우는 방식까지 말합니다.
And in verse 13, Paul even describes how this grace is taught and received.
그는 사람의 지혜로 가르친 말이 아니라, 성령께서 가르치신 말로 말한다고 합니다.
He says he speaks not in words taught by human wisdom, but in words taught by the Spirit.
그래서 영적인 것은 영적인 것으로 분별되며, 성령님은 하나님의 깊은 마음을 깨닫게 하시고 하나님이 은혜로 주신 것들을 분별하게 하십니다.
So spiritual truths are discerned by spiritual insight, and the Holy Spirit helps us understand God’s deep heart and discern what God has freely given us by grace.
말 한마디, 반응 하나, 선택 하나에서 우리는 성령의 가르침을 따를지 세상의 방식을 따를지 결정합니다.
In every word, reaction, and choice, we decide whether to follow the Spirit or the world.
그 은혜를 힘입으면 우리는 방어와 경쟁을 내려놓고, 용서하고 기다리고 내려놓는 작은 십자가의 선택을 할 수 있습니다.
Strengthened by that grace, we can lay down defensiveness and competition and make small cross-shaped choices—to forgive, to wait, and to let go.
그때 가정과 교회와 공동체의 관계가 조금씩 살아나며, 하나님의 뜻이 우리의 삶 속에서 드러납니다.
Then relationships in our homes, churches, and communities begin to come alive, and God’s will is revealed in our lives.
그러므로 주님은 오늘도 우리를 격려하십니다.
So the Lord encourages us even today.
“너는 혼자 버티라고 내가 부른 것이 아니다. 내가 너를 받아 주었고 내 영을 너에게 주었다.”
“You were not called to survive alone. I have received you, and I have given you My Spirit.”
“그러니 세상의 지혜가 아니라 성령의 가르침을 따라, 내가 은혜로 주신 것을 분별하며 살아라.”
“So not by the world’s wisdom, but by the Spirit’s teaching, discern what I have freely given you and live by it.”
3. 우리는 그리스도의 마음을 품고 오늘을 살아갑니다 (14–16)
We Live Today with the Mind of Christ.
바울은 14절에서 “육에 속한 사람은 하나님의 성령의 일을 받지 아니한다”고 말합니다.
In verse 14, Paul says, “The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God.”
이 말은 어떤 사람이 버림받았다는 뜻이 아니라, 성령의 도우심 없이는 하나님의 마음을 이해할 수 없다는 뜻입니다.
This does not mean that some people are rejected, but that without the Spirit’s help we cannot understand God’s heart.
그래서 성령이 없으면 십자가의 가치를 제대로 볼 수 없습니다.
Without the Spirit, we cannot truly see the value of the cross.
세상의 눈으로 보면 십자가는 어리석어 보입니다.
To the world, the cross looks foolish.
용서하는 사람은 손해 보는 사람처럼 보이고, 기다리는 사람은 약한 사람처럼 보입니다.
Those who forgive seem to lose, and those who wait seem weak.
그러나 성령 안에서 보면 그것이 하나님의 지혜입니다.
But in the Spirit, we see that this is God’s wisdom.
하나님은 약함을 통해 생명을 살리시는 분이시기 때문입니다.
Because God brings life through what seems weak.
15절에서 바울은 영적인 사람은 모든 것을 분별하되, 자기는 아무에게도 판단을 받지 않는다고 말합니다.
In verse 15, Paul says the spiritual person discerns all things, yet is not subject to mere human judgments.
이 말은 다른 사람 위에 군림한다는 뜻이 아니라, 사람의 평가에 인생을 맡기지 않는다는 뜻입니다.
This does not mean standing above others, but refusing to entrust our lives to human opinions.
우리가 칭찬에 흔들리지 않고 비난에 무너지지 않는 이유는 우리의 기준이 주님께 있기 때문입니다.
We are not shaken by praise or crushed by criticism because our standard is in the Lord.
사람의 말 한마디에 하루의 기분과 믿음이 흔들리는 삶에서 자유로워지는 것입니다.
We are freed from living at the mercy of every word people speak.
우리는 사람의 눈이 아니라 하나님의 눈으로 자신을 바라봅니다.
We learn to see ourselves through God’s eyes, not people’s.
그래서 우리는 비교에서 자유로워지고, 열등감과 교만에서도 벗어나게 됩니다.
So we are freed from comparison and released from both inferiority and pride.
16절에서 바울은 “우리가 그리스도의 마음을 가졌느니라”라고 선언하는데, 이것은 우리가 완전하다는 말이 아니라 예수님처럼 살도록 초대받았다는 뜻입니다.
In verse 16, Paul declares, “We have the mind of Christ,” which does not mean we are perfect, but that we are invited to live like Jesus.
그리스도의 마음은 어떤 마음입니까?
What is the mind of Christ?
자기를 낮추고 남을 살리며 끝까지 사랑하고, 억울해도 참고 상처받아도 포기하지 않는 마음입니다.
It is the heart that humbles itself, gives life to others, loves to the end, and endures injustice without giving up.
십자가에서 끝까지 사람을 품으신 예수님의 마음입니다.
It is the heart of Jesus, who embraced people to the end on the cross.
성령은 우리 안에 이 마음을 빚어 가십니다.
The Spirit shapes this heart within us.
한 번에 바꾸지 않으시고, 날마다 조금씩 바꾸십니다.
Not all at once, but little by little each day.
말투 하나, 반응 하나, 선택 하나를 통해 우리를 그리스도의 모습으로 닮아가게 하십니다.
Through one word, one reaction, one choice, He forms us into Christ’s likeness.
우리는 여전히 넘어지고 실수하며 때로는 옛 성품이 다시 올라오지만, 주님은 우리를 포기하지 않으십니다.
We still stumble and fail, and sometimes our old nature rises again, but the Lord does not give up on us.
은혜로 다시 일으키시고, 다시 걷게 하십니다.
He lifts us again by grace and helps us walk again.
그리스도의 마음으로 사는 삶은 완벽한 삶이 아니라, 회개하며 다시 돌아오는 삶입니다.
Living with the mind of Christ is not a perfect life; it is a life of repentance and returning.
주님께 묻고, 주님께 배우고, 주님을 따라가는 삶입니다.
It is a life of asking, learning, and following the Lord.
그래서 주님은 오늘도 우리에게 말씀하십니다.
So the Lord speaks to us even today.
“너는 아직 부족하지만, 나는 너를 포기하지 않았다.”
“You are still imperfect, but I have not given up on you.”
“내 마음으로 너를 빚고 있다.”
“I am shaping you with My heart.”
“내가 걸었던 길을 너와 함께 걷고 싶다.”
“I want to walk My path together with you.”
우리가 이 음성에 응답할 때, 우리의 삶은 조금씩 복음의 모양을 띠게 됩니다.
When we respond to this voice, our lives slowly take the shape of the gospel.
가정에서, 교회에서, 일터에서, 그리스도의 향기가 흘러나옵니다.
In our homes, churches, and workplaces, the fragrance of Christ flows out.
이제 우리는 이 마음을 품고 세상 속으로 다시 나아갑니다.
Now we go back into the world carrying this heart.
이것이 하나님을 사랑하는 신령한 사람의 세 번째 모습입니다.
This is the third mark of a spiritual person who loves God.
그리스도의 마음으로 살아가는 사람입니다.
A person who lives with the mind of Christ.
우리는 오늘 말씀을 통해 “하나님을 사랑하는 신령한 사람”이 누구인지 다시 배웁니다.
Today, through this Word, we are reminded who a “spiritual person who loves God” truly is.
그 사람은 사람의 지혜를 내려놓고 십자가만 붙들며 삽니다.
That person lays down human wisdom and holds only to the cross.
또한 성령의 가르치심을 따라 하나님께서 은혜로 주신 것을 분별하며 삽니다.
That person lives by discerning what God has freely given through the Spirit’s teaching.
그리고 마침내 그리스도의 마음을 품고 오늘을 살아냅니다.
And ultimately, that person lives today with the mind of Christ.
그러므로 우리는 더 이상 사람의 말과 평가에 흔들리며 버티는 사람이 아닙니다.
So we are no longer people who merely endure, shaken by human words and opinions.
우리는 이미 사랑받았고, 성령을 받았고, 은혜에 붙들린 하나님의 자녀입니다.
We are already loved, we have received the Spirit, and we are God’s children held by grace.
이제 주님은 우리를 이렇게 부르십니다.
Now the Lord calls us like this.
“십자가로 돌아오너라, 성령의 가르치심을 따르너라, 그리스도의 마음으로 살아라.”
“Return to the cross, follow the Spirit’s teaching, and live with the mind of Christ.”

Lord, Thank You for helping us lay down human wisdom and hold on to the cross.
성령의 가르치심을 따라 주님이 은혜로 주신 것을 분별하며 살게 하옵소서.
By the Spirit’s teaching, help us discern what You have freely given us by grace and live accordingly.
그리스도의 마음을 품고 겸손히 섬기며 사랑으로 살아가게 하옵소서.
Give us the mind of Christ, that we may serve humbly and live in love.
연약할 때마다 다시 붙드시고 끝까지 주님을 신뢰하며 따르게 하옵소서.
